A Letter to my Mother, and a prayer to God
In the depths of my lows, in the peak of my struggles, I came up with a an idea
This idea started off as a melody in my head and grew to be a full story - complete with sound and visuals
I'm Sorry is my first single as "Saint Sebastien" - My stage name.
An ode to those I love the most, and a reintroduction to who I now choose to be - Myself
I produced the song in my bedroom using FL Studio, and after that was done being made, I proceeded to open up Unreal Engine to illustrate what I saw in my mind's eye (little did I know this project would take me 8 weeks and several iterations)
The cover art depicts ME with blond hair and dark shades in a dimly lit studio
Everything from the colour of my clothes to the hues and rim lights in the environment were hand placed to carry a certain emotion - Strength & New Beginnings.
I learned to design clothes in Marvelous Designer, groom in UE, and better render in Blender for this project, and then released the song on streaming plaforms for the world to consume.
